Wing completes every piece of work for its clients through trained human assistants. However, they use sophisticated artificial intelligence to improve work quality. Our strategic use of AI is one of the reasons why we can offer our services at a competitive price point.
You can access your bilingual caller anywhere in the world! Please note that our bilingual callers can only communicate with you and external parties in English and Spanish. Reach out to our sales team if you require an assistant who can speak in other languages.
You can give as much work as you need done, as long as it’s within the agreed-upon hours for the day. However, how fast we complete it depends on several factors. These include the task’s complexity, the level of difficulty of other tasks in a Caller's queue, and how much other work we are doing for you (recurring or otherwise).
Although complete, round-the-clock coverage is available, we don’t offer it by default. Your assistants are typically available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Clients choose the window but can’t break up the hours; it must be a “solid” block of 8 hours. If you’d like to inquire about different coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please reach out to us.

They also undergo on-the-job training, heavily supervised by senior members of Wing’s operations team, as well as take on further professional development throughout the year.

Wing Callers can make calls to vendors, contractors, prospects and the like. You get access to staff trained in speaking to customers, plus oversight for call quality.
This falls within “unlimited work.” Your Wing bilingual caller can make or receive as many calls as needed within the agreed-upon hours. If you anticipate that you’ll need to make a heavy amount of calls, the Pro plan would be more suitable.
Wing allows business customers to call a dedicated phone number and speak out their request, and hang up. Wing’s assistants do not receive the call, but the audio of your call gets sent to your assistants, and transcribed & interpreted by our artificial intelligence technology.
