What happens if a customer asks for a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not process payment if a referral requests a refund within the allotted payment period of 30 days. However, if a refund is requested after this period, we will not ask you to refund your commission.

What qualifies as a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when a user signs up through your tracking link and completes a paid purchase. The referral must be attributed to your link and remain active beyond any applicable refund or cancellation period to be eligible for commission

What happens if my referred users buy a different product?

Yes, you are still entitled to a commission as long as the last-click from the customer came from your referral.
