Monitor reviews, photos, videos, and other uploads from forum members or app users and ensure that they do not violate community guidelines
Monitor learning encounters through Zoom & similar media, ensuring that participants do not take inappropriate actions, banning offenders if needed
Perform other support tasks as required, e.g., live online event support, social media management, customer service, and much more
