Your dedicated assistant will work for 4 hours within a 9-hour time frame defined by you throughout the week.
Your dedicated assistant will work throughout the business day; you can set the 8-hour time frame that you'd like Wing to be available.
Wing's Basic plan provides a dedicated assistant assigned to your account, available for 8 hours a day, for a total of 40 hours per week, or 160 hours a month. You can always add more assistants if you need them. More configurations are available, up to 24/7. Contact us for a quote for that!
You can give 3 users access to Wing for Business, and have them give Wing as much work as they'd like, as you would to a full-time employee.
Wing operates a task queue, and your dedicated assistant will work task-by-task and get through the queue. If you need work done faster, the Pro plan features 2 dedicated assistants.

Wing allows you to automate custom workflows/processes in your business by simply dragging & dropping together a simple flowchart & describing the process in plain English. Wing will take care of completing those for you.

Wing completes every piece of work for its clients through trained human assistants. However, they use sophisticated artificial intelligence to improve work quality. Our strategic use of AI is one of the reasons why we can offer our services at a competitive price point.
You can access Wing Assistant anywhere in the world! Please note that Wing can only communicate with you and external parties in English. Reach out to our sales team if you require an assistant who can speak in other languages.
You can give as much work as you need done within the agreed-upon hours for the day. However, how fast we get it done depends on several factors. These include the type of work you want done, the complexity of the other tasks in an assistant’s queue, and how much other work we are doing for you (recurring or otherwise).
The number of assistants matters as well. If you use the Basic plan, you have 1 assistant working on your tasks. Meanwhile on the Pro plan, you get 2 assistants. As a result, being on the Pro plan means having work done faster.
Although complete, round-the-clock coverage is available, we don’t offer it by default. Your assistants are typically available 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Clients choose the window but can’t break up the hours; it must be a “solid” block of 8 hours. Our assistants are highly-trained full-time employees. They are college-educated, speak English, and complete 4-6 weeks of Wing’s custom training program. They also undergo on-the-job training, heavily supervised by senior members of Wing’s operations team, as well as take on further professional development throughout the year.
Wing assistants have a fun, inclusive culture and are competitively paid. They are chosen for their attention to detail, communication skills, and creativity in problem solving.
Wing guarantees a reply time of 3 minutes. Within this amount of time, your assistant should be able to notify you when they’ll start working on your request or provide an update on their progress. How long the work itself takes depends on how complex the tasks are. Nevertheless, you can be sure your assistant will do high quality work—Wing assistants undergo weeks of training, are college educated, and speak English.
Yes. Wing will be able to use any software you use, e.g. Salesforce, Trello, Later, Hootsuite, etc.
At Wing, we believe that business assistants must be dedicated in order to produce high-quality work. So, each of our clients has at least 1 dedicated assistant. It means other clients’ work is never prioritized over yours, and your tasks are always the highest priority for your assistant.
We don’t do hidden charges! Besides your flat monthly fee, the only charges Wing levies are approximately a 2.9% + $0.30 card processing fee on card transactions. We also support ACH and have other methods to pay.
Wing specializes in gray area tasks. Our team has handled tens of thousands of requests placed by consumers, with an impressive 98%+ rate of success. We have helped consumers do all sorts of things – from booking private jets and buying homes, to having food delivered internationally overnight. If Wing fails (which doesn’t typically occur), it is as a result of external factors. In these instances, we will typically work with you towards a resolution, or an alternative.
