Assistant is looking for a Remote Team Success Supervisor to elevate our Virtual Assistant’s
performance, ensuring top-notch service across various industries!

About the Role:

As our Remote Team Success Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in leading, coaching, and managing our
remote Virtual Assistant team. In this position, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest
potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Virtual Assistants, fostering a positive, productive, and engaging work culture. You’ll
    ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources they need to succeed.
  • Offer tailored coaching to VAs based on their experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each VA
    to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
  • Attend 2-3 in-person collaborative sessions per week with the core team to strategize, discuss team
    progress, and plan initiatives that promote continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Leverage your knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions,
    addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
  • Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular
    performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate
    risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
  • Encourage VAs to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop
    initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
  • Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their
    roles.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and an aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide
    guidance to a diverse client base.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across
    different time zones.
  • Availability to participate in in-person meetings with the core team 2-3 times a week.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.

  • Competitive compensation: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 a month
Schedule: US & PH work hours (40+ hours per week)
Location: This is a hybrid job. You should be residing within Metro Manila to be considered for the role.
