Yes. If you'd like to create a new revenue stream, we'd encourage you to charge beyond Wing's "Talent Pricing". You are welcome to charge any price for your managed services.
However, if your goal is to improve product engagement & retention, charging more may not be the best strategic decision.Â
Yes. Wing has exclusive access to top universities around the world, and sources talent from 15 countries worldwide. Our acceptance rate today is 0.5%.
In addition, we employ best in class processes & methodologies, as well as custom AI technologies, and technologies based on GPT to ensure a high level of quality at all times. All talents have supervisors, and we have a round-the-clock quality assurance team.Â
Though, if you want a consistently high level of talent quality, we'd recommend opting for increased levels of experience and/or specialization.

For low-skill, entry-level talent, we are typically able to source this in ~5 business days.Â
For higher skill, or more experienced talent, this can depend greatly, but it can vary from 7 business days to as long as 18 business days for the hardest to source talent. Please speak with us to get an accurate estimate for the type of talent you need.

We'd also recommend thinking about what SLA you set for your clients. A 24-hour turnaround time on requests probably means a talent can handle more clients than a 1-hour turnaround time.Â
Wing primarily hires talent in the Philippines, India, and Mexico. We occasionally hire talent in Argentina, El Salvador, Nigeria, and Armenia.
We are also capable of hiring US-based talent, either in the mainland United States, or in Puerto Rico. Â

No. Wing handles all facets of human operations management & associated liability.Â
That means Wing will handle everything, including talent sourcing, hiring, onboarding, training, quality assurance, compliance, HR, payments, termination, performance management, resignations, etc.Â
All you have to do is sell your product, and ping us when you have a new talent request.Â
Credit card payment fee: If you settle your invoice with a credit or debit card, we will charge an additional 3.5% - paying with ACH or bank transfer is free.
Optional assembling training content fee: One time fee of USD $10,000
Optional Customer Success Manager (CSM) program: USD $2,100/mo per CSM
This is where we need some of your help.Â
If you are able to provide it, this process becomes much easier if you have training materials in longform video that goes through your product in depth, and highlights important parts of the experience. In our experience building managed services, the best outcomes are when talents become experts, and can be an expert in your product for the end user.Â
If you are unable to provide video training or do not want to invest the effort into creating it, we can put together training for your product for a one-time fee of USD $10,000. You are welcome to use and have full rights to the end result. Please note, if we are to create the training, it may add a 2 week delay to our usual process of setting up a managed service offering.
Yes. We are committed to paying competitive salaries well above minimum wage in the countries in which we are operating. Our talents also receive benefits and incentives, and have a vibrant working environment with in-person and virtual social events.
If things don't work out, that's okay. We allow flexible cancellation options.
If you have 0 talents onboarded, you must pay our minimum service charge of 1 month of talent, $899 USD. This covers our cost of legal & set up that was required to set up your account.Â
If you have more than 1 assistant employed, you must provide 14 days notice of cancellation, and continue to pay all talents for that 14 day period, we will prorate your bill to account for this.
If you are simply adding or subtracting assistants from your active plan, there is no charge. However, for subtractions that account for more than 50% of plan size at any given time, the 14 day notice and payment policy will apply.Â
