Basically, you can give as much work as needed within the agreed-upon hours for the day. Please keep in mind that how fast your Assistant completes the tasks depends on several factors. The type and complexity of work, plus how much other work your Assistant is doing, will affect how quickly they complete tasks you send their way.
24/7 coverage is available. However, we don’t offer it by default. Your Assistants are typically available for a continuous block of either 4 or 8 hours a day, five days a week. Clients select a dedicated time block for their Assistant, but hours cannot be split into separate shifts. If you’re interested in alternative coverage options (8/7, 16/5, 16/7, 24/5, 24/7), please contact us.
Yes, Wing can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering both your relationship with Wing and Wing’s relationship with any hired assistants. However, we are unable to sign agreements that include a noncompete clause. Please consult your Success Manager for more details.
Please note that if you choose to sign a custom NDA directly with your SDR, it may limit our team’s ability to provide full oversight and maintain quality supervision of your account.
