Can we supply our own devices?

Yes, Wing can either handle this entirely for you, or help you supply your own devices preloaded with either your or our MDM services, this is completely customizable. We have extensive security & device policies to ensure IT compliance.

Will you work with us on an MSA?

Yes, we are flexible and willing to work with your MSA.

If you'd rather we take care of this for you, we have a standard boilerplate MSA that you are free to use as well.

Will you work with us on vendor onboarding processes?

Yes, we have extensive experience dealing with vendor onboarding teams, legal teams, and IT teams.

We will gladly work with you and ensure progress is being made towards a start date.

Will assistants work from home, or in an office?

Our default configuration is to have assistants work from home, and when it comes to enterprise, typically leveraging corporate-managed devices with extensive security policies & secure VPN.

However, should you require that assistants work from an office, this can be arranged, however, we will have to charge you (at cost) per seat, with our physical office solutions provider in the given region.

Which countries are assistants from?

Wing has a one of the largest global presences of all virtual talent companies, and interviews roughly 2% of the global outsourcing workforce every year.

Our primary markets are the Philippines, India, Mexico, and the United States, however, we are capable of hiring globally.

What hours can my team members work?

Completely up to you. Our team serves clients worldwide, and can accomodate any timezone.

What caliber of talent can we expect?

This is entirely up to you! We have talents ranging from fresh grads, all the way up to 20+ years of experience, from all over the world.

Our experts will advise you based on the types of requirements you have, but on average, our enterprise clients typically seek 3-5 years of relevant experience, and seek talent from the Philippines, Mexico or the United States.

Wing has the largest talent acquisition footprint of any virtual talent company in the world, interviewing millions of candidates per year using a fusion of artificial intelligence and human recruiters.

Will Wing talents use our software & our platforms? Do we have to use yours?

Yes, we are able to use any of your software, platforms, and tools in a secure manner.

No, you do not have to use any Wing tooling.

Do you handle compliance?

Yes, Wing handles all facets of compliance.

Your Wing talents will be employed by our own EOR (Employer of Record), or one of our partner EORs, and all applicable local laws, norms and taxation laws are stringently followed.

How do payments work? Will you use our PO/invoicing system?

Yes, we are happy to work with your PO or invoicing systems.

By default, Wing accepts payment via credit cards and ACH, we also accept payment via our hosted invoices on terms such as net-30. However, we are happy to use your PO or invoicing system.
