How are you different from other providers?

We have an entire practice built out to serve AI companies that have data annotation, eval, and RLHF & SFT needs. Our teams are well versed with the type of talent that's required, and our assessments are highly targeted to weed out talents who aren't a fit. Talents receive specialized training in RLHF.

We operate at scale, leveraging our large, globally distributed talent acquisition teams, AI tools that we've built in-house, automated assessment tools, while still maintaining the human touch, interviewing everyone that meets your requirements at least twice.

Hourly pricing? Per task pricing?

In order to ensure the best quality output, and to ensure that talents are properly incentivized to provide high quality output, we operate on an hourly payment model, starting at a minimum of 10 hours per week for each hired talent.

If you require a per-task payment model, we are also able to deliver this, however, we strongly recommend against it, as it creates misaligned incentives for the human data professional, which can lead to poorer outcomes.

Do you perform background checks?

Yes. All our hires undergo identity verification, reference checking, and thorough background checking in the local jurisdiction in which they are being hired.

Can Wing handle hiring hundreds or thousands of experts?

Yes. We hire thousands of candidates every single month for our clients, ranging from SMBs, to corporations, to governments.

We have a huge talent acquisition team that leverages AI, automated assessments, and other tools to filter our massive applicant pools down to top talent.

While we do use AI in our process, every candidate that's a good fit for your requirements gets an interviewed twice by our global talent acquisition teams.

What does this cost?

It depends on who you're looking to hire! Prices will vary drastically depending on the education levels, experience levels, and locations of talent you're looking for.

We're able to source highly vetted talent at very cost-effective rates offshore, all the way up to hiring niche PhDs in the United States and train them on RLHF processes & expectations.

Can we have them use our tools?

Yes. Your hires can use any tools you need them to.

Will you support us in supervising & managing talents and handling HR?

Yes. Talents are placed in teams with Captains, Supervisors, Quality Assurance personnel, and Managers. All of this is included free of charge with the price that you will pay by hiring human data experts.

Teams of 12 or greater can be customized to better fit your needs, allowing you to customize the free resources we provide.

Often, talents can have questions about various processes or tasks, and our Supervisors are well equipped at handling this. For clients with extensive processes, we are also able to train an AI bot that leverages RAG to help answer questions.

We are here to offer as much or as little support as you need.

How does customer support work?

Wing has excellent Customer Support, available round the clock on all plans.

Our Enterprise Priority Support is also available and guarantees a response time of 10 minutes within business hours.

Do you have your own RLHF software platform?

We have an RLHF software platform that can be spun up and made available for use if your lab or project does not have one available.

You can bring any platform you'd like: paid, open source, or custom.

We strongly recommend the use of your platform(s) if one is available.

We have custom legal, vendor onboarding, or compliance requirements. Can you handle that?

Yes. We frequently work with large enterprise clients, and are happy to work with you on custom terms, custom master service agreements, custom non-disclosure and confidentiality requirements, custom payment terms, and more.

In terms of data security compliance, we can also assist with any requirements you have: company issued devices, virtual desktop solutions, dedicated VPNs, or highly secure MDMs for company issued devices.
