Application Video

First, the moderators apply online by sending a 3-minute video of themselves going through their resume. Here we can quickly do most of the filtering by assessing experience, resume, and communication.

Online Assessment

If the candidate passes the 1st step, they then have to take several tests personalized to their skills.

We then conduct one or two interviews discussing their experience, assessing their skills, and seeing if they’re passionate about what they do.
