In order to ensure the best quality output, and to ensure that talents are properly incentivized to provide high quality output, we operate on an hourly payment model, starting at a minimum of 10 hours per week for each hired talent. 

If you require a per-task payment model, we are also able to deliver this, however, we strongly recommend against it, as it creates misaligned incentives for the human data professional, which can lead to poorer outcomes.

Yes. Talents are placed in teams with Captains, Supervisors, Quality Assurance personnel, and Managers. All of this is included free of charge with the price that you will pay by hiring human data experts.

Teams of 12 or greater can be customized to better fit your needs, allowing you to customize the free resources we provide.

Often, talents can have questions about various processes or tasks, and our Supervisors are well equipped at handling this. For clients with extensive processes, we are also able to train an AI bot that leverages RAG to help answer questions.
